The Mill's Kitchen is OPEN - all day/night, every day

The Mill's got a spanking new kitchen (2nd time in 10 months). Our first kitchen was adequate for reasonably busy nights but just didn't cut the mustard when we were heaving. Our new kitchen is twice the size and a completely new layout to improve the flow of food preparation. This means that we're able to do a lot more intricate dishes at twice the speed. No more waiting for 45 minutes for a starter !

So - you (the customer) shouldn't be immediately aware of any of these changes until the food reaches your table. We hope !

Look forward to you all visiting and trying our new Cumbrian menu where every dish has been examined to see how we can use Ulverston or South Cumbrian suppliers.

Exhibiting Artist

Well known local artist Brian Evans from Kendal is the first or our exhibiting artists here at The Mill, his work is an impressive array of abstract works, photo montages and even musical instruments. He has recently finished an exhibition at The Theatre By The Lake and now his work brings some real energy to our walls throughout the entire building.
